10. Dormant Accounts

EktoBet will attempt to notify you by email before applying any dormancy status. An administrative maintenance fee may be deducted from the dormant account balance on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

To reactivate a dormant account, log in and complete any outstanding verification requirements. Any remaining balance at the time of reactivation will be restored in full, less any fees already deducted during the dormancy period.
